Returns

We do not currently issue refunds on any items purchased online, however you can certainly exchange for a different size, or different item of similar price. You have 7 calendar days to notify us of an item from the date you received it with a valid reason as to why you are exchanging it. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with ALL original tags attached and original packaging included. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. From then we can complete the exchange.

Shipping Policy

From the moment your exchange is approved, you will be given a Return Authorization number, and you have 3-5 business days to return the item. You must ship the item you are returning to either of our locations with the RA number written on the box. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are nonrefundable. Once we receive the item, we will notify you that it is received and ship you a new item in 3-5 business days. This Shipping cost must also be paid on your end.
